Refund and cancellation policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the Billing page in your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you'll retain access until then.

Fees already billed for the current period are non-refundable, including in the case of mid-cycle cancellation.

If a billing error occurs — such as an incorrect plan charge or a duplicate transaction — contact support@shiftstamp-demo.com and it will be corrected or refunded once verified.

Upgrading a plan takes effect immediately, with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
